I am wife to a wonderful husband, Mumma to three beautiful girls, a HUGE believer in the importance of mental health services, and the amazing professionals who keep us supported.
This is why I'm here; to support your mental wellbeing by giving you the mental space to focus on what really matters, helping to grow your business and reach YOUR goals.
When my third baby was born in 2021, I realised I needed a new way to support my family while being the best Mumma I could to my little girls.
After being diagnosed with depression and beginning therapy myself I learned first hand the care and skill mental health professionals shared with their clients every day...
That's when IVY Business Services was created. I started this business as a way to 'give back', to help mental health professionals in private practice look after their own wellbeing and find freedom and balance in their business. I then found my passion helping my clients gain clarity and direction around their business, and supporting them to achieve THEIR big vision.
How? you ask... by taking care of the practice management and administration tasks so you can spend more time doing what you love... be it spending time with family, growing your business, or even something as simple (and important!) as getting a good night's sleep.
IVY Business Services is a team of specialist Business Managers and administration Virtual Assistants who work together to provide relief from the everyday admin so you can get back to what really matters.

The Process

BOOK A CALL
Choose your package, complete the form, tell us how we can support your private practice needs, then choose a Discovery Call time to suit you.

PROPOSAL
After our call, you'll receive a customised proposal with the services, packages and associated investment for approval.
03
CONTRACT
Once you have accepted the proposal, you will receive a contract for signature, an invoice for the initial fee, and your link to your client portal.
04
KICK-OFF
After the contract has been signed and the invoice paid, we will schedule a Kick-off meeting for the final touches and start working together!
